A little about myself...
I graduated from Fordham University in 1987 with my doctorate in Developmental Psychology. I then went on to Teachers College / Columbia University to complete a full-time, three year re-specialization program in Clinical Psychology. My doctoral dissertation was specific to stress.
I see people struggling with a wide range of problems including:
relationship difficulties
depression
job stress
excessive worry and anxiety
adjustment and life stage transitions
parenting issues
loss and grief
stress management
couples therapy
Currently, my full-time, private practice consists of adults and couples. My office is a safe place to talk about your particular difficulties and needs.
Most people who come to see me want to improve the quality of their lives. Your decision to make the initial phone call is the first step.
